Bids will be presented to the School Board at the next succeeding regular Board meeting, all in accordance with Board policy. All bids shall be made in accordance with forms and specifications attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents. All bids and contracts shall be made in accordance with and subject to SDCL 5-18A, 5-18B, 5-18C, 5-18D, 5-21, 5-22 and the provisions set forth in the specifications.
