Construction services for the removal and replacement of carpet in court chambers and the jury room, the remodeling of the Bankruptcy Court's IT office, and the performance of required asbestos and lead abatements. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the renovations in accordance with the specifications and requirements issued in the solicitation. All tasks will be performed under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, with award based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. Location is the Sioux Falls Federal Courthouse, 400 S Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation closing date will be March 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST. Deadline to RSVP is February 19, 2026, by 12PM CDT. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contract consists of the SF1442, the Agreement, the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, Exhibits, Amendments, Modifications, and other Attachments identified herein (collectively, the Contract Documents). The Contract contains the entire agreement of the Parties, and no prior written or oral agreement, express or implied, shall be admissible to contradict or modify any part of the Contract. (2) The Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution of the work described in and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents (the Work), whether temporary or permanent. In consideration for, and upon condition of, the Contractor's completion of the Work, GSA shall pay the Contractor the price or prices established in Section II, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
