Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete Project No. 438-21-403, Renovate First Floor Kitchen, in accordance with the construction documents. The project consists of renovating the first-floor kitchen in Building 5 and includes demolition of walls, floors, ceilings, kitchen equipment, heating and cooling ventilation systems, and electrical systems. Construction work includes architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical improvements, as well as the supply and installation of kitchen equipment and installation of Government-furnished kitchen equipment. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under the Veteran First Contracting Program. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The estimated construction magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Offerors must be SBA-certified SDVOSBs and meet all applicable eligibility requirements at the time of offer submission and award. Funding is not presently available for this requirement, and award is contingent upon the availability of funds. The Government may elect not to make an award and will not reimburse offerors for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting an offer.
