Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Stanton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are being requested for the construction of a bridge abutment repair and other related incidental work located on 566th Ave between 843rd Road and 844th Road in Stanton County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Stanton North, C008401720 Abutment Repair" and includes all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of bridge abutment repair and related work. Bidders must submit their proposals on forms provided with the bid documents, include a bid bond or certified check equal to five percent of the bid amount, and specify both a start and end date for construction. The project completion is to be within twenty-one calendar days after the start of work without exceeding the bidder's specified completion date. Within ten days after contract award, the successful bidder must provide a surety bond for the full amount of the contract. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities, and the award will be made in accordance with Nebraska competitive bidding laws.
