Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Chiller Replacement project. A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-thru will be held on site at Hawthorne Middle School. Specifications or additional details, including bid forms, may be secured at the Business Office or by phone. All bids must be submitted on the furnished forms, with all blank spaces filled, signed with the bidder’s name and address, and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project and opening date. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bidder’s bond from a qualified surety company for not less than five percent of the total bid, payable to the Pocatello/Chubbuck School District No. 25. Personal or company checks are not accepted. Compliance with Idaho Public Works Law is required. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, or accept the bid deemed best for the district.
