Construction will proceed in a phased approach depending on funding availability. Design Professionals ranked highest from this Request for Qualifications process will be asked to negotiate a contract. If a contract cannot be negotiated, the next highest ranked company will be asked to negotiate. Companies are not guaranteed work or compensation until under contract.
