Sealed proposals are requested for the 2026 Road Project, classified under Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction for the Village of Choudrant, Louisiana. The contract duration is 60 calendar days, and liquidated damages are set at $600.00 per calendar day. Required types of construction include asphaltic concrete and in-place stabilization. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Performance and Payment Bonds each for 100 percent (100%) of the contract price are required. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after bid opening. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Louisiana Bid Law.
