Grading improvements for Marilee Phase 1B located in the City of Celina, Collin County, Texas. Sealed bids are required in a sealed envelope addressed to West Preston Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County via their engineer Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. A certified/cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted, must accompany the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted publicly at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and via teleconference. Contract documents, plans, specifications, and pre-bid conference number are available by request. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and the bidder agrees that the Contract Documents can be terminated if the bidder knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents . Questions received after the deadline, Friday, February 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
