Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and perform all work necessary to complete the Improvement District No. 4 Sodium Hypochlorite Tanks C and F Improvements Project. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new manways, liner, grout rings and grout, performance of inspections and testing, and completion of associated repairs to two (2) existing 12,600-gallon fiberglass reinforced plastic chemical storage tanks in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. Bidders must possess a California General Engineering Contractor's License- Class "A" or Class "C-36" and have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the repair and modification of storage tanks of similar material, size, and intended use. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-job walk. No Bidder or listed subcontractor shall be qualified to bid or perform the work unless currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and not less than the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in the locality where the work is to be performed shall be paid to all workers. Every contractor must submit contract award information to an applicable apprenticeship program and, within sixty (60) calendar days after concluding work, provide a verified statement of the journey and apprentice hours performed under the contract, upon request.
