A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to rehabilitate existing sanitary sewer lines by removing the existing vitrified clay pipelines (VCP) and replacing them with new polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sewer pipe on Highland Hills Street, Riley Way, and MacBrady Ave within the North of River Sanitary District. The Work includes installation of new Manhole 2918B and modification of Manholes 2843, 2845, 2918, and 2914. Work includes traffic control and bypass piping as needed, saw cut and pavement removal, trenching, pipe removal, pipe abandonment with grout fill, bedding reconstruction, new pipe installation, lateral connection, lateral relocation, and reconnection with inline cleanout, construct new manhole, modify existing manholes, including regrouting backfill and compaction, and asphalt repair with 0.2-FT grind and overlay, in accordance with the Exhibits and the Specifications.
