This project consists of repair work to the awnings that lead to entry points at the campuses. o Lighting Renovations - Dekaney HS, Wells MS, and Westfield HS. _ Dekaney HS: interior/exterior lights, parking lot lights, full LED swap out _ Wells MS: interior/exterior lights, parking lot lights, only campus with specialty lights as we will integrate the exterior lighting to building controls _ Westfield HS: interior/exterior lights, parking lot lights, lighting at the football field and tennis court complex, replace equipment with general wear and tear, and relocate the controls for the stadium and tennis courts to prevent student access o Power Factor Detection and Submetering - design an overall efficient system to help with the function of the campus, we are still working to confirm the list of these campuses.
