Scope of Work includes Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Facilities to Serve Beacon Hill Section 8. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids are to be addressed to Waller County Municipal Utility District No. 33. Bids must be received electronically or at the office of LJA Engineering, Inc. by the specified deadline. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified/cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount bid as a guarantee. If submitting a certified or cashier's check, the original must be delivered to the bid opening address within one business day of the bid opening. Bidding documents can be examined at LJA Engineering, Inc., AGC of Texas, Construct Connect, and Amtek or purchased for a non-refundable fee. Electronic bids and bid securities must comply with the Owner's electronic bidding rules and be submitted through the designated website. Bidders must register and obtain documents on the website for the required payment amount. By submitting a bid, bidders agree that documents may be executed through the use of an electronic signature in accordance with the Owner's rules. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive defects or irregularities in bidding, except the deadline for bid submission.
