The project consists of 5,170 LF of 8-inch through 16-inch water line and all appurtenances, 6,840 LF of 8-inch through 21-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances, 4,140 LF of 24-inch through 84-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances, 12,435 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation, 5,980 LF of reinforced concrete curb, 11,660 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement, storm water pollution control, restoration of the site, and lot grading.
