Request for Proposals: Disaster Recovery Services Question Deadline 02/05/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Submitters shall submit all inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal to the City Clerk's Office, Purchasing Manager, or via online. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any information in proposals received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City. City of Rogers reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposals without consent of the owner.
