Renovation of a municipal facility in Manchester Center, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 18, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Required work will involve, but is not limited to, the following: remove and reuse, whenever possible, existing slates on hooks; punch existing slates for nail installation; install roofing paper under reinstalled slate; reinstall the slate with copper nails, maintaining a minimum 2" head lap; install copper flashing around the courthouse tower; install copper ridge; provide additional slate to replace broken or defective slate, with all new slate matching the size and color of the existing slate; provide protection of the area surrounding the Courthouse from falling material and debris, including for pedestrians and automobile traffic, and clean any and all debris each work day from the sidewalks and roadways adjacent to the site. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids if it is in the best interest of the Town, as determined by the Town Manager, in his sole discretion. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
