Reference Number 0000410484 -The City of Santa Clara ("City" or "Santa Clara") Community Development Department ("CDD") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a variety of project-based and as-needed consulting services to support the City's Housing & Community Services Division and the Planning Division. -The City is interested in partnering directly with firms who can provide the professional expertise of their own employees to the City's various projects. Proposals for recruitment and/or temporary staffing services are not included in the scope of services of this RFP. Any proposals received from recruitment and/or temporary staffing firms will be considered non-responsive and will not proceed to the evaluation process. -Proposers may apply to one or more of the Services Areas listed in Attachment D. -The City intends to establish multiple contracts by awarding an agreement(s) within each of the Service Areas listed in Attachment D. Each Service Area may result in a single or multiple awards, at the discretion of the City.
