The project is for a New Building Electronic Message Center (Phase II) - District Wide for Millcreek Township School District. Bidders must submit separate sealed bids that conform to the Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope, clearly marked with the project name, and addressed to Millcreek Township School District, Attn: Mike Galleher, at the Millcreek Education Center, 3740 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506. The Millcreek Township School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, in the best interest of the School District, and to waive any defect in form. No hard copies of the Contract Documents will be distributed; bidders must contact HHSDR's Sharon office to receive a public link to the documents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for explanations and clarification of the bid specifications will be held at the designated location and time. 1.
