The scope includes a Base Bid and two Alternate Bids. The Base Bid covers Hudson Avenue from 44th Street to 49th Street, including removal and replacement of curbs and sidewalks, installation of scored sidewalks with decorative paver band, concrete driveways, ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of shade trees and decorative tree wells, lighting foundations, lighted and concrete bollards, painting, traffic striping, speed humps, installation and resetting of junction boxes and window well grates, cellar door replacement, full depth pavement repair, and HMA milling and paving. All work on this contract must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
