Town Hall HVAC Upgrade 2025 Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to the Township of Union in the amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. All bid questions are due Friday, September 26, 2025. Questions should be emailed to Steven Vaz at svaz@jkarch.com' Docs notes : Proposed forms of Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are on file in the Division of Purchasing Office, Township of Union. Copies of the documents may be obtained in person at the Division of Purchasing Office, Lower Level, Municipal Building, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday The Township of Union reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The objective ofthe project is to replace the two central Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units in the lower mechanical room and the corresponding outdoor condensing units that serve the majority ofthe Union Township Municipal Building.
