The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, parts, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Update Patient WI-FI - 610A4-25-226 project for the Northern IN VA Healthcare System. Work shall be performed in accordance with all attachments and the Statement of Work, covering all requirements necessary to upgrade and update patient wireless network capabilities. The period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The project falls within the construction magnitude of $25,000 to $100,000, under NAICS 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. This requirement is set aside exclusively for VA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with eligibility verified in the SBA Small Business Search at the time of bid submission and prior to award. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 12 February 2026 at 10:30 a.m. An organized site visit will occur as part of preparation for submission. The VA or its support contractors may require access to contractor records to assess compliance with limitations on subcontracting as defined in VAAR 852.219-75 (JAN 2023) (Deviation). Failure to provide all required documentation may render an offer nonresponsive.
