Question Deadline 02/12/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online Work for the project will be performed under separate contracts for public and private infrastructure. B. Work for the Public Contract is for the complete construction of storm water mains including: _ Mobilization and site preparation _ Coordinate with adjacent utility projects (raw water pump station, roadway construction, private tenant construction) _ All site work including cut/fill, final grading, compaction, pavement removal and replacement. _ Installation of storm sewer piping, manholes, and headwalls with embedment, backfill, and compaction. _ Re-vegetation of disturbed areas. _ Trench safety and dewatering _ Testing of the system _ Preparation of a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and erosion control best management practices (BMPs) _ Preparation and submittal of a project safety plan before mobilization _ Any other work necessary to complete a fully functional system. C. Work for the Private Contract is for the complete construction of non-potable water mains including: _ Mobilization and site preparation. _ Coordinate with adjacent utility projects (raw water pump station, roadway construction, private tenant construction) _ All site work including cut/fill, final grading, compaction, pavement removal and replacement. _ Pressure piping, valves, fittings, appurtenances _ Trench safety and dewatering _ Re-vegetation of disturbed areas. _ Testing of the system Preparation of a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and erosion control best management practices (BMPs) _ Preparation and submittal of a project safety plan before mobilization _ Any other work necessary to complete a fully functional system.
