The project consists of furnishing the supplies, equipment, and/or services for the Denver Community School District - Discoveries Learning Center Phase II in Denver, Iowa. The project involves renovating existing classrooms, library, and bathrooms in the old High School Building located at 541 E Eagle Street in Denver, Iowa, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Separate bids will be received for the following bid packages: Casework (supply only), Doors & Hardware (supply only), Aluminum Glass & Glazing, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Mechanical/Plumbing, and Electrical. The estimated construction cost for the project is $379,000. Bidders are required to obtain and return bid documents as instructed, provide bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid, and submit offers using the Bid Form provided. Offers must be irrevocable for thirty days after submission. Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the successful bidder.
