Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Southport, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,200-square-foot, 0-story below grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The intent is to obtain an offer for construction of duplex housing as specified in the tender documents for Southport Aerospace Centre Inc. located at Southport, Manitoba. General: 1.1 Contract will be for the construction of up to four (4) duplex side-by-side units. 1.2 These units will be for the address of 34/36, 35/37, 39/41, 43/45 Yellowquill Drive. 1.3 Units to be approximately 1250 - 1300 sq ft per side. 1.4 Construction to include soundproof material between connected units. Please note materials to be used. 1.5 Installation of an A/C or Heat Pump. 1.6 Build must follow Efficiency Manitoba's Prescriptive Path. 1.7 Units must include accessible entryways. 1.8 Bid to be GST/PST inclusive. 1.9 Units to be complete by November 1, 2026.
