Description

Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to; demolition and replacement of deteriorated concrete surfaces, partial depth concrete slab repairs, concrete wall and column repair, epoxy injection to cracks in concrete walls, application of chemical-resistant coatings in various confined spaces and traffic areas, removal and replacement of failed joint sealants, surface preparation, and replacement and painting of exterior metal doors. The Construction Allocation for this project is $3,459,400.
