Site work and new construction of a civil project in Kennedy, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a drinking water pump station and a ground storage reservoir for the City of Kennedy, MN. Work includes waterlines, generator, electrical and controls, water storage tank, sitework excavating and grading, electrical, concrete formed flatwork foundation, public buildings, water utilities, aggregate, well drilling pumphouses, control panels replacement, repair and new installation, fittings and valves, fire hydrant, water and wastewater facilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, and landscaping including seeding. Instructions to bidders include obtaining or examining the Bidding Documents at Bollig Engineering or designated locations, with full sets required for bidding, and refund for returned documents in good condition as specified. Neither the Owner nor Engineer is responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
