**As of February 17th, 2026, the project was awarded to McNamara Contracting Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,464,248.97** The project consists of Milling Bituminous Pavement, Plant-Mixed Asphalt Pavement, and Pavement Markings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals, plans and specifications may be downloaded electronically. Bids will only be accepted by submitting an electronic bid using bidVAULT; hard copy bids will not be accepted. Prospective bidders must purchase bid credits from BidVault before submitting a bid. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Scott County Treasurer, or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Scott County, for at least 5% of the amount of the bid. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
