Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint Maries, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of constructing sidewalk and pedestrian ramps on selected roadways in St Maries as follows: the south side of Jefferson Ave. between Coeur d'Alene Ave. and 14th St., the east side of 14th St. between College Ave. and Jefferson Ave., and the north side of Jefferson Ave. between 2nd St. and 3rd St. Bid form, instructions, and specifications must be substantially complied with, and the documents include special requirements such as a bid bond amounting to 5% of the total bid. Equal physical and communications access for people with disabilities, as required by Title II of the ADA, will be provided with reasonable advance notice. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept bids deemed in the best interest of the City. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders.
