Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint Maries, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of constructing 5-foot wide concrete sidewalks, curb, gutter, and ADA Compliant Pedestrian ramps along Jefferson Ave from 4th St. to 6th St., Jefferson Ave from 9th St. to 11th St., 9th St. from College Ave. to Jefferson Ave., and 12th St. from College Ave. to Jefferson Ave. Additionally, the work includes constructing 5-foot wide concrete sidewalks, curb, gutter, and ADA Compliant Pedestrian ramps on the east side of S 2nd Street from W College Avenue to Dakota Avenue. Bidders must substantially comply with the bid form instructions and specifications, which include special requirements such as a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid. MBE (3.0%), WBE (6.9%), DBE (0%) KEY NO. 23898/24688 Q/A:- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
