Renovation of a municipal facility in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,200-square-foot municipal facility.
It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish the lump sum price for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and services required for furnishing an epoxy flooring at the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Questions concerning this Invitation to Bid should be posted to Public Purchase. 1. Contractor can use our power, but if you need more power than the shop provides, the contractor will have to supply own power. 2. Color we want is a standard light grey. 3. We dont want a seamless floor; we want the contractor to honor our concrete joints that are intended to be there. All other cracks we want filled though 4. The Scope of work says approximately 5,600 square feet. This was changed at the Prebid to approximately 6,200 square feet and all contractors were able to see where we want the floor to go and be terminated at. 5. There was a question about do we want shot blasting and not grinding We want it to be shot blasted while grinding the edges. 6. The question was about Moisture testing and if we have vapor barrier underneath.
