Three (3) modular buildings, one (1) art shed, and five (5) PC approved shade structures with associated site work. General Requirements: This is a CM Multi-Prime delivery This is a public works, prevailing wage project There is NO PSA/PLA for this project. There is an OCIP for this project. Question Deadline 02/13/2026 The Deadline to submit questions to TCC. Please forward all scope and/or bid related questions to TCC using Smartbid's "Send Note" feature or by emailing Bradley Clinton at bclinton@tilden-coil.com Site wallkthrough notes: Attendance is non-mandatory for prime contractors bidding BC02 - Concrete: Structural & Site, BC04 - Electrical & Low Voltage, and BC05 - Landscaping & Irrigation. Attendance by these bidders is strongly encouraged. DESCRI PTI ON OF W ORK The scope of work for this Contract includes, but is not limited to, those areas described within this section, and all sections listed within the Technical Specification. The Work to be perform ed by the Contractor is outlined in this Section and includes all Work shown on the Drawings, construction notes, general notes and Technical Specifications. A. Pedestrian and Vehicle Access. Contractor shall provide and m aintain safe access for all pedestrian and vehicle traffic during the course of the Project. B. Noise Elim ination. Contractor shall provide all noise and vibration eliminator, as required, to reduce noise levels to the extent as shown and indicated in the Contract Docum ents. There shall be no disruption to the operations of Cerritos College ("College") and/ or the education of students. C. Restoring Areas to Original Condition. Contractor is responsible for m aintaining, replacing or restoring all areas to their original condition due to all tem porary shoring, barriers, fencing, gates, guardrails, signs, etc. which have been dam aged or tem porarily removed by the Work of this Contract. D. Fencing. Contractor is responsible for relocating existing fence and for furnishing and installing tem porary fencing per the Contract Docum ents. E. Signage. Contractor is responsible for all traffic, pedestrian, construction and regulatory signage as required or necessary to m eet all governing regulatory requirem ents. F. Debris Rem oval. Contractor shall m aintain an adequate labor work force, as required on a daily basis, to properly clean up all the debris associated with Contractor's work. All rubbish/ debris resulting from Contractor's operation will be deposited directly into dum psters, or sim ilar rubbish containers (collectively "Dumpsters"), provided by this Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of full Dum psters. Contractor shall provide receipt of all rubbish/ debris removal for the College's waste diversion program . All efforts shall be m ade to recycle those item s that can be recycled. All recycled item s must be properly documented and a receipt provided to the College for its waste diversion program . G. Drawings and Specifications indicate the design concept, the dim ensions of the Work, and the structural elem ents of construction. Drawings and Specifications do not necessarily indicate or describe all Work, or the entirety of the scope of Work, required for the full perform ance and com pletion of the Work under the Contract. Contractor shall be solely responsible for coordinating with other trades where necessary and ensuring Contractor's bid price includes all item s Contractor will require, including those indicated, described, implied, or necessary by District, for the Project. Any decisions by District Representative as to the required item s of Work included within the scope of these Drawings and Specifications shall be final and binding on the Contractor. H. The Work to be perform ed under this Contract shall include: 1. Furnishing all tools, equipm ent, m aterials, hardware, accessories, supplies, and fabricated or m anufactured articles for the Work, including all guarantees and warranties; 2. Furnishing all packaging, transportation, trucking, fuel, freight, delivery and services; 3. Obtaining of permit s, licenses, insurance and bonds; 4. Paym ent of all applicable taxes, storage, and dem urrage costs; 5. Furnishing all project adm inistration, supervision, surveying and layout, engineering, detailing, shop drawings and submittals; 6. Providing all scaffolding, tem porary bracing and shoring, tem porary stairs, ladders and other access aids, all Cal/OSHA-required safety m easures, and all other operations and m iscellaneous services and appurtenances required for the fulfillment of the Contract. pn-24-31-228-01
