Site work for a mixed-use development in Indio, California. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
Indio Police Headquarters (Phase 1) The project consists of site demo, grading, and site utilities. Site demo consist of removing existing hard and soft scape along with the existing CMU wall. Over excavation and grading includes the installation of geo-piers. Site utilities consists of domestic water, fire water, sanitary sewer and storm drain system including storage tanks. Start - May 2026 Duration - 24 Months General Requirements: This is a public works, prevailing wage project There is no OCIP/PLA for this project There is no CWA for this project Allowance: Reference Section 01 21 00 Allowances Liquidated Damages: Reference Supplementary General Conditions License BC #02 - Site Demolition & Earthwork A or C12 & C21 BC #20 - Site Utilities C36 Question Deadline 02/19/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Bidders are required to indicate the project name in the title of your request submission.
