Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Indio, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.

The selected developer will acquire the property via a negotiated Purchase and Sale Agreement or Disposition and Development Agreement, prepare and process all required entitlements in compliance with the City's Unified Development Code and other regulations, design and construct a high-quality project including all on- and off-site improvements, utilities, landscaping, and frontage/driveway improvements, manage all aspects of development including permitting, financing, construction, and coordination with City staff according to an efficient project timeline, and deliver the project according to an agreed schedule and performance milestones. Respondents must upload one electronic Work Proposal and one electronic Cost/Purchase Proposal as separate PDF uploads in the City’s online portal. Hard copies, faxed, or emailed submittals are not accepted. All questions must be submitted through the designated Q&A tab in the portal; answers will be posted through the portal.
