The selected Developer will be responsible for designing and constructing a high-quality residential project on City-owned land at two possible locations- Miles Avenue and Deglet Noor Street or Indio Blvd and Deglet Noor Street. The development must prioritize sustainability, innovation, and cost-effective construction methods while aligning with the City's goals for downtown revitalization and housing diversity.
