The submission must be addressed appropriately, and proponents will receive an automatic email confirmation upon submission. The City assumes no liability for issues encountered with bid submission; bidders must ensure timely submission. Instructions to bidders include: - Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on the specified closing date; late submissions are not accepted. - Tenders by fax, mail, or direct email are not accepted; partial tenders are not accepted. - The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, and the lowest price will not necessarily be accepted. - The City may request clarification or supplementary information from any proponent. - The City may negotiate with a proponent, and mutually agreed changes will be binding. - The City may confirm information provided by the proponent with third parties or references. - The tender must be valid for 60 days from submission date. - The Form of Tender must be signed as required; joint bids must be signed on behalf of both bidders. - Alterations must be initialed in ink, and failure to comply may result in rejection. - Line items and total contract price must be clearly indicated.
