Description

Renovation of an educational facility in West Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Seal and/or repair all existing ductwork throughout the entire building of Sedgwick Middle School. The Town seeks a proven, quick, non-invasive, non-toxic, technology-driven process that results in a measured reduction in air leakage. Measurements to be taken pre and post sealing process that demonstrates decreased airduct leakage. The provider will also be expected to work with Town staff to provide necessary information or documentation to secure applicable utility incentives. RFP for air duct repair and sealing at Sedgwick Middle School. All questions must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to the Purchasing Office to procurement@westhartfordct.gov by January 29, 2026 by 4:00 PM.
