Update the Town's existing streetlight inventory. The updated inventory must include all types of streetlights (e.g., cobra-heads, decorative post-top fixtures, floodlights, and/or other types of streetlights) owned by the Town of West Hartford on unmetered electric service or on metered service within the right-of-way. The intended uses for the comprehensive, updated inventory are: to import into AssetWorks, the Town's Department of Public Works asset management system, as a GIS/MapGeo layer, to comply with Eversource's annual requirement to submit an inventory of municipal-owned unmetered streetlights under Rate 117. Existing data sources available for the updated inventory include: 2018 cobra-head LED retrofit GIS file (.shp) AssetWorks GIS data file Existing utility pole GIS file (.shp) Eversource bills, metered and unmetered (.pdf) Eversource billing inventory (unmetered only) (.xls) Access to or downloads from these systems will be provided by the Town. Please note that these existing data sources may be out-of-date and/or conflicting. Compiling a current inventory will involve 'in the field' gathering and/or confirmation of attributes.
