Reference Number 0000410855 Seeking bid from qualified contractors for As Needed Water, Sewer and Miscellaneous Utility repairs to complete repairs form water main breaks, broken sanitary sewer and broken storm sewer as required. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 2500 $ It is the owner's intent to award an approximate three (3) year contract to begin on March 1, 2026 and would expire on February 28, 2029, with the option of extending the contract on a year to year basis. A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company on the form provided, payable to the City of St. Clair, in the amount of $2,500 shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. The City of St. Clair reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, maintenance and guarantee, labor and material bonds and insurance certificates.
