Site work for a water / sewer project in Clare, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Construct new primary spillway structure, remove existing spillway, construct auxiliary spillway at location of existing spillway, regrade downstream channel, install SCADA system. Major work items include: install sheetpile cofferdam, construct concrete gated spillway structure, dredging and channel grading, dam demolition, construct auxiliary spillway, install premanufactured pedestrian bridge, install SCADA instrumentation system, and site restoration. All proposals must be marked "BID FOR LAKE SHAMROCK DAM". Each Proposal shall contain one printed copy of all bid documents, one electronic copy (PDF) of all bid documents provided on a USB flash drive, and one electronic Excel file of the Bid Form provided on a USB flash drive. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Clare, as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. City of Clare reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of sixty (60) days after date of receiving bids.
