Pursuant to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the Board of Trustees of Clarksfield Township, Huron County, Ohio, hereby announces its intention to request sealed proposals for the construction of a multipurpose township building, to be delivered to the Township Each submitted proposal must include the Proposal Form, Specifications, References, Bid Guaranty, hold harmless, and Certificate as to delinquent personal property taxes, nondiscrimination, non-collusion, and child support obligations. The bid guaranty must be in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit drawn to the order of the Board of Trustees for Clarksfield Township, Huron County, Ohio, c/o Fiscal Officer in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bid bond with a company satisfactory to the Board in the amount of the full bid price. Proposals submitted in person or via courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) shall be sealed, have the name, address, and phone number of the bidding entity on the outside of the envelope, and clearly be marked "Board of Trustees for Clarksfield Township, Huron County, Ohio - Construction of Multipurpose Township Building."
