Component work includes concrete and masonry foundation, concrete pad and steps, powder coated aluminum tubing structural elements, translucent HDPE roof panels and site electrical supply and lighting of structure. The work also includes site grading, drainage, sidewalk, and restoration. Sealed bids are requested for the Woodmere Amphitheater Project. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings can be examined online or purchased for registration. All bids must be submitted on the provided Proposal Form and include a bank or cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount as a guarantee. The bidder must agree to furnish a Surety Bond equal to 100% of the total bid upon contract award. Bids must conform to State of Ohio regulations regarding labor, wage rates, and hours of employment. Proposals must include the full names of all parties involved and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The project is partially funded by the Cuyahoga County Department of Development's Block Grant Program, and bidders are required to comply with Department of Labor goals for affirmative action and equal opportunity.
