Site work for a water / sewer project in Cato, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 07, 2026, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The project includes replacing the slide gates and discharge pipes, concrete surface repair,reinforced concrete abutment walls,steel handrails, excavation, grading, crushed aggregate base, asphalt paving and landscaping in accordance with the plans and specifications. Instructions to bidders require all prequalifications, unless part of REL's Annual Pre-qualification process, to be submitted to the engineer 5 calendar days prior to bid date (not including bid date) via email to Lori Reschke at lreschke@releeinc.com. Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification is required, and all prequalifications must be submitted 5 calendar days prior to the bid date unless part of REL's Annual Pre-qualification process. Unless you are a part of REL's Annual Pre-qualification process, all prequals are due to engineer 5 calendar days prior to bid date (not including bid date).
