Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tomah, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Contractor shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and all other required items in accordance with federal, state, and local authorities, project specifications, and drawings necessary to complete the Upgrade Fire Alarm System at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. Work includes performing all tasks necessary to upgrade the fire alarm system as detailed in the solicitation, specifications, and drawings that will be provided. A pre-bid conference will be held for this project, and prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms, and offerors must meet SDVOSB eligibility, small business requirements under NAICS 238210, and be listed as a certified SDVOSB/VOSB in the SBA certification database prior to bid submission and award. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, and the period of performance is 420 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
