Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shorewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed consists of PCC Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Driveway Removal and Replacement, HMA Surface Removal, HMA Binder Course, HMA Surface Course, Structure Adjustment and Reconstruction, Parkway Restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown and described herein. Pre-Qualification: Yes LOCATION OF IMPROVEMENT The 2026 MFT Street Improvements are located at various locations throughout the Village of Shorewood, Illinois. A location map has been provided in the bid documents that will assist in determining the approximate locations within the Village. DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENT The proposed work is officially known as the 2026 MFT STREET IMPROVEMENTS and further described as a resurfacing project. The work to be performed consists of PCC Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Driveway Removal and Replacement, HMA Surface Removal, HMA Binder Course, HMA Surface Course, Structure Adjustment and Reconstruction, Parkway Restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown and described herein.
