Remodeling of a library in Shorewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library.
The Shorewood-Troy Public Library District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for a bathroom remodeling project. An Invitation to Bid and complete bid specifications can be obtained by emailing jmills@shorewoodtroylibrary.org. Renovation of the two lower level restrooms. This includes but Is not limited to demolition of floor tile and ceiling tile and Installation of new tile, underlayment, drywall, and ceiling. New lighting and accessories will be installed as well as the existing plumbing fixtures will be installed in the same location. Question Deadline 03/26/2026 Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Documents, or should he/she be in doubt as to their meaning, he/she shall immediately notify the Architect and the Owner
