This project includes the re-roofing of CDOT's Alamosa headquarters building, which is comprised of two roof decks totaling approximately 12,260 square feet. The work includes demolition of the existing roof system, encapsulation of ACM (Asbestos-Containing Materials) flashings, installation of new foam insulation, crickets, drain sumps, insulation board, a 60 mil fully adhered EPDM membrane, flashings, counter-flashings, gutters and downspouts.
