2025 Pike Ave and West Six St Reconstruction Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the project. The work includes the removal and replacement of existing road structures and utilities as described in the provided construction documents. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project.. The City of Alamosa shall not be responsible for premature opening of bids not properly labeled. All bids are to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid amount. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to the City Clerk, Alamosa, Colorado, as security that the bidder(s) to whom the awards(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The low bidder shall supply the names and addresses of major material suppliers and subcontractors when required to do so by the Owner. All work is to be guaranteed for a period of two years following final acceptance. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for bid opening.
