Reference Number 0000393866 Bid Intent Not Available San Luis Valley Housing Coalition (SLVHC) is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Contractors interested in removing and replacing 3/4 of a full city block of sidewalk on the property located at 1107 Hunt Avenue in Alamosa, CO. You are invited to submit a response for the services outlined in the Scope of Work. The successful respondent should be prepared to furnish an all-inclusive price to remove approximately 1000 linear feet of existing sidewalks on the north, south and east sides of the subject property and replace with new sidewalk consistent with the City of Alamosa's design standards. All existing storm sewer inlets should remain in place. New twenty-five foot curb cuts should be poured centered on the existing utility easement on both 11th and 12th streets for future site access. Lastly, the existing pipe fence on the east side should be removed where it impacts new sidewalk.
