Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Alamosa, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This bid includes the paving of an ADA compliant walking path at Lee Fields using a conventional 1/2 HMA and should be bid as such. This portion of the bid MUST BE COMPLETED no later than August 30th, 2025 All phases of the PMSC project are to be completed prior to the close of business Thursday, September 25th, 2025. The Plant Mix Seal Coat Program consists of applying a 1-inch overlay with a tack coat underneath on approximately 11,443 square yards of street surface. A leveling course may be required and has been identified as such on the bid form (No quantity estimates have been given for the leveling course) this is the bidder’s responsibility. A list of the streets scheduled to be overlaid is included.
