Location - School No. 1 at 32 Stevens Ave, Little Falls, NJ 07424 School No. 2 at 78 Long Hill Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424 The new work generally consists of renovations and alterations to the art classrooms, toilets, and stairs at School #1 and School #2. The modifications include, but are not limited to, new finishes, new wall construction, ceiling, lighting, and flooring upgrades. Sealed bids will be received for the contract involving Art Room, Toilets & Stair Renovations at School No. 1 and School No. 2. The contract is for an overall single prime, covering all of the work. Bids must be submitted in the required format, with an original and one copy, and be properly identified. Bid documents can be obtained from the Architect's website after proper registration. A non-refundable fee is required for paper sets, while electronic copies are available at no cost. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, with attendance strongly recommended. Bids must include the required bid security, a Certificate of Consent of Surety, and be made on provided forms. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days. Minimum wage, employment requirements, and other state regulations must be complied with, including relevant registration, prequalification, and disclosure forms.
