Description

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

The Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex (RCPAC) is seeking a licensed general contractor to apply an epoxy coating to the flooring in the rooms for the boiler and chiller located in the Raleigh Convention Center. To be considered responsive, contractors must respond to this solicitation in accordance with the requirements, specifications, commercial terms, and provisions as described and set forth herein. Services will begin on the execution of a contract between the selected contractor and the City.
